Timetable Administration
Publish the LIST-NEW CSV and manage the live student timetable data.
Publish LIST-NEW CSV
Export the LIST-NEW sheet as CSV and select it below. The website automatically applies programme mapping, active-date filtering, class grouping, and the 21-day observation-link rule. The previous publication remains active until the replacement has uploaded successfully.
Download current CSV
Download the complete original LIST-NEW source CSV currently used for publication. The included initial CSV can also be downloaded before your first replacement upload.
Automatic publishing rules
Timetables are shown only when a class has started and not yet passed its end date in the Pacific/Auckland timezone. Thesis and Applied Project supervision placeholders remain visible but do not produce invented calendar appointments.
Lecture Zoom links remain available for the full paper duration. Tutorial observation links are shown only during days 1–21 from the timetable start date, and are hidden from day 22.
Observation guidance appears inside the Tutorials tab; lecture Zoom guidance appears inside Lectures. The Understanding Your Classes guide stays visible below the timetable for everyone.
